Respected Hazrat Hakeem Sir Assalam-o-Alaikum! I read Ubqari magazine with much interest. I am a small student of acts and think Ubqari as my teacher. My problem was this that I used to have sinuses. I used many tips and techniques but only there was temporary benefit. Then one day, I read in previous editions of Ubqari that after getting done with washroom, before coming out, wash your feet and then come outside. I have been using this tip from some time.
